Day1 Osaka arrival
Arrival, transfer to the hotel by shuttle bus.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day2 Osaka - Mount Koya
Depart for the sacred mountain of Koya, a place of pilgrimage with important temples and monasteries.
Accommodation in a Buddhist monastery.
Zen meditation practice and dinner included (vegetarian).
Day3 Mount Koya - Kyoto
Japanese breakfast at the temple.
Early in the morning, we’ll depart for Kyoto.
Visit Fushimi Inari, and Kinkaku ji Temple.
Night transfer to the Gion Quarter, popular for its Geishas.
Note: If you’ve already visited Kyoto as part of your tour, our guide will provide tips and recommendations to help you explore other parts of the city on your own.
Day4 Kyoto - Tokyo
We will travel by bullet train to Tokyo.
Upon arrival, you’ll have free time.
Day5 Tokyo
Five-hour city tour.( the Zojoji Temple, Tokyo Tower, the junction of Shibuya, The Meiji Temple, Omotesando,Nijubashi Bridge, Akihabara, Kokugikan, the Buddhist temple of Sensoji, Asakusa)
Lunch included in a local restaurant. Return to hotel.
At6:30 p.m. , transfer by subway to Shinjuku.
Dinner included and return to hotel by metro with our guide.
Day6 Tokyo - Nikko - Sendai
Depart for Nikko.
We'll visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Taiyuinbyo Mausoleum, and stroll near the river at Kannanga Fuchi.
Afterward, head to Sendai.
Day7 Sendai - Matsushima - Hiraizumi - Morioka
Depart for Matsushima.
We'll visit a seaside tea house, enjoy traditional tea.
Take a 50-minute cruise.
Depart for Hiraizumi.
Visit Takkoku no Iwaya, Chusonji, and Motsuji Temple where participate in a Zen ceremony (admission included)
Depart for Morioka.
Day8 Morioka - Hirosaki - Aomori - Hakodate
Depart for Hirosaki and visit Nebuta Museum.
Lunch included in a local restaurant.
Departure by ferry to Hokkaido.
Arrive at Hakodate.
Day9 Hakodate - Onuma - Noboribetsu - Sapporo
In the morning we visit the fish market and climb the Goryokaku Tower.
Head to Onuma and enjoy some free time.
Lunch included.
In the afternoon, depart to Noboribetsu, where we can walk amidst geysers in Jigoku Dani.
Afterwards, depart to Sapporo.
Day10 Sapporo
City tour. (The clock tower, Odori Koen avenue-park and Hokkaido Jingu)
Visit the HILL OF BUDDHA, where the giant statue of Buddha is kept.
Continue to Otaru, a small city with streets filled with shops, an old canal and tiny museums.
Lunch Included.
Return to Sapporo.
Free time in the afternoon.
Day11 Sapporo - Toyako Onsen - Mount Usu - Tomakomai - Sendai Ferry
Visit the Pirko Kotan, the Ainu village museum.
Upon arrival in Toyako, visit the volcanology museum and take the cable car to the summit of the Usu Volcano.
Lunch included.
Head to Tomakomai where we take a modern ferry for a night crossing.
Accommodation in double cabins with private bathrooms.
Dinner included.
Day12 Tomakomai - Sendai Ferry - Yama Dera - Aizuwakamatsu
We arrive at Sendai port and proceed to Yamadera, a beautiful temple complex.
Lunch included.
Depart to Yonezawa, visit the Sake Museum before continuing to Aizuwakamatsu.
Day10 Aizuwakamatsu - Ouchi juku - Tokyo
In Aizuwakamatsu we visit the Samurai Mansion.
We will continue to Ouchi Juku.
In the afternoon, visit the Oya Museum.
Return to Tokyo, end of our services.
