RESTRICTIONS
After your reservation is confirmed, the tour operator will send you the driver's contact information 2 days before the tour date.
The charter duration is 8 hours. If overtime is exceeded, additional fees including overtime charges will apply. Please settle these directly with the driver on-site. Overtime incurs a fee of JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes.
Attraction entrance fees are not included in the charter package
REQUIREMENTS
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
Please be advised to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule during the trip. Refunds will not be issued if the trip cannot continue due to lateness or other circumstance.
The driver will not accompany you to tourist attractions or handle admission procedures.

In the event of emergencies such as traffic congestion or construction at tourist attractions, the schedule may need to be tempararily adjusted. Your understanding is appreciated.
As this tour involves an extended duration, travelers with unstable physical conditions (such as pregnant women) should carefully assess their health status before participating. If you feel unwell during the journey and are unable to seek immiduate medical attention, please note that the activity provider will not be held responsible. Thank you for attention to this matter.
We use legally operated vehicles with green licenses, and all passengers, including children, must be counted for.
Please select the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.
Vehicle Personnel and Luggage Limitations:
7 seater vehicle: Maximum 5 adult passengers. The trunk accommodates 4 pieces of luggage up to 24 inches (inclusive), plus 1 additional piece for each additional passenger.
